RallyPoint Games Return Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with the following terms. 

Here's what you need to know:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Promotional items (those given out during in-store events) are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • All items sold at discount are considered to be final sales and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
  • Receipts are required for all refunds, all items without a receipt will only be eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached for full refund or store credit.
  • Returned items with signs of use or no longer in their original condition will only be granted partial refunds or store credit. 
    • Such items will not be eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Definition of terms:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
  • Store Credit: Store credit can be used for future purchases at any time.
